General Terms and Conditions of the Solution Summit 2026 Conference

  1. Introductory Provisions
    1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the legal relationships between the organizers of the Solution Summit 2026 conference (hereinafter referred to as the “Conference”) and the event participants regarding ticket purchases and participation in the Conference.
    2. The Solution Summit 2026 Conference will take place on February 5, 2026.
    3. The organizers of the event are the companies:
      • KLIMAK, s.r.o.
      • REHAU, s.r.o.
      • Viessmann, s.r.o.
        (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Organizers”).
    4. The technical realization, ticket sales administration, and payment processing are provided by the commissioned agency:

      (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”).
    5. The Agency AltTag Digital s.r.o. acts as the technical administrator and payment intermediary on behalf of the Organizers.
  2. Subject of Regulation These GTC regulate the conditions for ticket sales for the Conference, payment of the participation fee, rights and obligations of participants, as well as the liability of the Organizers and participants during the event.
  3. Tickets and Payment
    1. Tickets for the Conference are available via the online registration system or sales portal specified by the Organizers.
    2. The ticket price is listed in the price list at registration and includes VAT.
    3. The participant is obliged to pay the full ticket price to the account of AltTag Digital s.r.o., which manages the funds on behalf of the Organizers.
    4. Upon receipt of payment, the participant will receive a registration confirmation and an electronic ticket.
    5. The ticket is non-refundable, however, the participant has the right to transfer their participation to another person upon prior notification to the Organizer or Agency via e-mail.
  4. Cancellation and Changes
    1. In the event that a participant cannot attend, they are not entitled to a refund of the participation fee.
    2. However, the participant may transfer their ticket to another person free of charge upon prior agreement with the Agency or Organizers.
    3. The Organizers reserve the right to change the program, venue, or format of the conference (e.g., to an online format) without any right to a refund, provided that full-fledged participation in the event is ensured.
  5. Liability
    1. The Organizers and the Agency are not liable for technical problems on the participant’s side (e.g., internet connection, device issues).
    2. The Organizers bear no liability for damages caused by force majeure or events that could not be foreseen or influenced (e.g., pandemic measures, natural disasters).
  6. Personal Data Protection
    1. Personal data of participants is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.
    2. The participant grants consent for the processing of personal data for the purposes of registration, invoicing, communication, and organizational arrangements of the conference.
    3. The Organizers and the Agency may make photo and video recordings of the event for promotional purposes; by attending the conference, the participant expresses their consent to such processing.
  7. Final Provisions
    1. These GTC become effective on the day of their publication on the official Conference website.
    2. The purchase of a ticket constitutes the participant’s agreement with these GTC.
    3. Legal relationships not regulated by these GTC are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Slovak Republic.
